MARKETING MANAGER_Medical Device
Activities:
• Actively contributes to the development and execution of all elements of the Marketing Plan. Performs complex market analysis on customer, channel and competitor trends. Recommends marketing and communication tactics, pricing levels and channel marketing activities;
• Works closely with leadership team to set and execute company strategic direction, marketing and operating plans;
• Autonomously manages market research, customer insights, channel/product marketing, business/market development, branding, pricing, new product marketing, s.
• Leads the identification, prioritization, and selection of target customers by using segmentation and other market prioritization tools to facilitate data-based business decisions;
• Partners with sales to develop strategic customer relationship approaches; maintains strategic relationships with key channel/account partners. Leads the development and direction of a market coverage strategy and manages trade marketing programs in partnership with sales manager;
• Analyze and monitor key marketing metrics and develop/execute specific actions where needed to improve performance;
• Turn strategies into action. Strong operational and executional capabilities, hands-on attitude, doer;
• Monitor trends in social media and other digital tools, applications, channels, design and strategy and become an advocate for the company;
• Prepare company, products and brand presentation.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Experience with the most current practices in market research, customer insights, channel/product marketing, digital, business/market development, new product marketing, pricing.
• Knowledge of most common computer programs (strong knowledge of Power point is a plus);
• Fluency in English.
