Main duties:

To be responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve sales goals in order to maximise both Outlet results and customer satisfaction. To serve as an ambassador for the brand growing market share and increased conversion by meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals as set forth by Retail management.

The Role:

-To assist the Outlet Manager to support the Team in meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to UPT, ATV, Conversion rate & CRM activities related;

-To coach, train, counsel staff team regarding sales techniques to maximise sales;

-To contributes to team effort by accomplishing goals set forth by store management and corporate partners;

-To preside over staff meetings;

-To lead the team to maximise results analysing the strengths and weaknesses;

 -To proactively manage performance by holding frequent performance check-ins with all staff, providing ongoing constructive performance feedback and coaching;

 -To execute action plans that support the improvement of employee survey results;

 -To ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory;

-To analyse financial and operating statements for profitability ratios;

-To utilise ICT for data analysis, to record sales figures and forward planning;

-To monitor local competitors;

-To identify future and current trends that appeal to customers;

-To assist sales staff in achieving sales targets;

-To handle customer complaints, questions, and issues;

-To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;

-To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;

-To develop enduring relationships with clients;

-To demonstrate in-depth product knowledge;

-To comply with all company policies and procedures.

The Candidate:

-Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;

-Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential;

-Retail or service industry experience;

-Strong predisposition to interpersonal relations to train, coach and develop the team;

-Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills;

-Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;

-Great customer service skills and problem-solving;

-Good standard of numeracy;

-To be able to motivate, manage and lead the team;

-Strong organisational skills;

-Dynamic and creative.
